NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to West Virginia Code 46A-2-115 and 17A-4-10 that the following motor vehicles, titled as salvage, will be sold at public sale following lawful repossession by the lienholder. Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. will sell to the highest cash bidder on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain Valley Bank, Chenoweth Creek Branch, Elkins WV, the following repossessed vehicles:

Each vehicle has been deemed a total loss and is being sold AS IS, with no warranties expressed or implied, and will retain its salvage title branding in accordance with West Virginia law. Buyers will receive a WV Salvage title, and the vehicle must meet all requirements under law to be re-titled as “reconstructed” if intended for road use. The Bank reserves the right to (1) bid at the public sale, (2) to reject bids at the public sale and (3) to continue such sale to any other time and place by announcement of such continuance at the time and place set forth herein.
The vehicles to be sold may be inspected at Mountain Valley Bank, Chenoweth Creek Branch, Elkins WV.
The terms of the sale shall be cash in hand at the time of sale.
