You will take notice that RAYMOND AND DENISE VERNON, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000305, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, LOT 30X–X30X87.8 12TH ST, which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of BYRD JAMES W, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on MaRCH 12, 2025. RAYMOND AND DENISE VERNON requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.The amount needed to redeem on or before January 31, 2026 will be as follows:
