You are hereby notified that the Estate of Teddy C.Wolfe, deceased has resolved the above-referenced civil action and plans to distribute proceeds under the West Virginia Wrongful Death Act. Under West Virginia code §55-7-6(b) the following individuals may be entitled as beneficiaries: Spouse, children, adopted children, stepchildren, siblings, parents and anyone financially dependent upon Mr. Wolfe at the time of his death. If you are any of these individuals, and you have not been contacted, please be advised that the court has scheduled a hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in the 11th Floor Courtroom located at the West Virginia Judicial Tower, 4700 MacCorkle Avenue, SE, Charleston, WV 25304 at which time you should appear to protect your interest.
