NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the following decedent’s estate:

A Final Settlement for the above captioned estate has been presented before me by the Fiduciary of said estate for approval, which report is retained in my office at 14 S. Randolph Ave. Elkins, West Virginia.
I have approved the Final Settlement as presented and will file it with the Honorable County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on or after September 12, 2025
Any person having any interest in said estate may appear before the Honorable County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
