PUBLIC NOTICE
The WWW Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) has prepared a list of projects that have been federally obligated by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025). The listing has been developed in accordance with FHWA/FTA guidance that requires Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) prepare and make available for review projects from the previous fiscal year that were federally obligated for implementation. A federal obligation constitutes a legal commitment from the federal government to pay for the federal share of an authorized project cost. The annual listing of obligated projects for FY 2025 is available for review on the WWW website located at www.triplew.
