On June 18, 2025, Western Greenbrier Disposal Service filed a Petition for the approval of the transfer of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7372 to Western Greenbrier Sanitation, LLC. If approved, Western Greenbrier Disposal Service would transfer P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7372 to Western Greenbrier Sanitation, LLC.
On September 8, 2025, Staff recommended the application be approved if there are no protests.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order.
