NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of October, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Anthony James Minor will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Fayette County, WV, at he Fayette County Counthouse, located at 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia therefore in the chambers of Judge Kirkpatrick, Circuit Court Judge of Fayette County, West Virginia for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Anthony James Minor to Alice Jean Minor. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
