PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition for Adoption duly filed in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Addyson Denise St.Clair, shall be held before the Honorable Thomas Fast, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on Monday, December 15, 2025, At 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given in that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that Roxanne Heffington may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
