The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to receive judgment against Defendants CAMELA F. TALLMAN in the amount of $11,747.97 with interest, and that the Defendants be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for a civil complaint in the above styled action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, UNITED BANK it is ordered that CAMELA F. TALLMAN do serve upon the Randolph County Circuit Court, whose address is 4 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241 and Golden & Amos, PLLC whose address is PO Box 81, Parkersburg, WV 26102, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 30, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against CAMELA F. TALLMAN any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
