On or about September 2, 2025, the above-named child, B.G.P., was born to AMANDA PERRY. It appears that the whereabouts of the mother of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on DECEMBER 8, 2025, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The mother, AMANDA PERRY has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, SUSAN KARR, 2600 36TH STREET, SUITE 1A, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (681) 588-0019.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, AMANDA PERRY, with respect to the above-named child, B.G.P.
