The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that Michael Eugene Allen, serve upon Hayley Brianne Caplinger, petitioner whose address is 2201 Beverly St, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before November. 20, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
