INVITATION TO BID
The Oil and Gas and Industrial Historical Association, Inc. is requesting a bid for window restoration for Henderson Hall in Williamstown, West Virginia.
The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 93 windows.
The project completion date is no later than 31 May 2016 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete the project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interiorás Standards for Rehabilitation.
The bid package is available by calling (304) 481-0332. The property will be open for a mandatory pre-bid walk through in Thursday, October 29th, 2015, 1:30 pm.
