Notice is hereby given that the City of Elkins Sanitary Board will accept sealed bids for professional services on reviewing, amending, and providing limited updates to the City’s current drafted Long Term Control Plan (LTCP). The services will involve reviewing the current LTCP draft and providing updates with current data and a detailed cost-effective approach along with alternatives for capturing and treating discharges from the City’s fourteen (14) active combined sewer overflows while maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Elkins on or before THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4 th , 2025, at 11:00AM . Sealed bids can be delivered to the City of Elkins Sanitary Board, Whitney Hymes, 5 Riverbend Park Road, Elkins, WV 26241 or mailed to 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, WV 26241 and CLEARLY marked Sealed Bid for Elkins Wastewater LTCP Review/Updates. On that day, all sealed bids will be opened at 11:30AM and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening at the above-mentioned date and time.
No bids will be accepted after the deadline. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (90) days after the time of the bid opening without the consent of the City of Elkins Sanitary Board. The City of Elkins Sanitary Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity therein.
