NOTICE JACKSON COUNTY SCHOOLS REQUESTS SEALED BIDS FOR PEST MANAGEMENT The Jackson County Board of Education is accepting bids for general insect control service for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are interested in providing this service, you may request a bid sheet from Tim Brown, Assistant Superintendent at 304-372-7305. Your sealed bid must be received by 10:00 a.m.; January 20, 2026. All services must be provided in accordance with the latest revision of Title 61, Legislative Rules, West Virginia Department of Agriculture, Series 12J, Integrated Pest Management Programs in Schools and Day Care Centers. Vendors who have not been employed by Jackson County Schools within the last three years must provide a detailed written description of their qualifications to perform these services and two references of similar work provided for other clients. All quotations submitted must include a copy of the vendor’s WV Business License, WV Pesticide Applicator’s License, and a Certificate of Insurance.
