NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 9, 2001, executed by the Borrower, Thayer E. Winnell, a married man, to Jonathan Nicol, the Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Book 375 at Page 30. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 2488 Dudden Fork, Kenna, WV 25248. The real estate herein conveyed is the same real estate conveyed unto Thayer E. Winnell and Burnadean A. Winnell, his wife, by Patricia Ann Lilly, single, by deed dated the 12th day of July, 1983, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Jackson County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 259, Page 91, and by corrective deed dated April 4, 1985, of record in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office in Deed Book 266, Page 579 from Patricia Ann Lilly, single to Thayer E. Winnell and Burnadean A. Winnell, his wife. By deed dated the 23rd day of December 1993, of record in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office in Deed Book 309, Page 358, Burnadean A. Winnell, single, conveyed all her right, title and interest in and to the above described real estate unto Thayer E. Winnell, single. There is reserved and excepted from the operation of this conveyance all of the oil, gas and all other minerals within and underlying the hereinbefore described real estate. This conveyance is subject to any and all rights of way and easements appearing of record.
