INVITATION TO BID
The City of Elkins will accept proposals from insurance agents and insurance carriers interested in providing property, casualty, and liability insurance coverage for the City of Elkins until Friday. March 20, 2026. The city is also requesting claims services, loss control services, and litigation services.
A copy of the city’s proposal, bid instructions, general terms and conditions, technical qualifications, scope of services, and other information may be requested by mail at 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, WV 26241 from Tracy Judy, City Treasurer, by calling (304) 636-1414, extension 1317, or may be picked up in person at 10 11th St., STE 3, Elkins, WV. Any questions on the proposal should be directed to Tracy Judy.
