It is hereby ordered that Cassandra Ann Kincaid serve upon Clinton Ernest Kincaid, Petitioner, whose address is 7535 Kincaid Kingston Rd, Kincaid, West Virginia 25119, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before APRIL 20, 2026.
