For Sale Roane-Jackson Technical Center is seeking bids for the purchase of a newly constructed tiny home. The tiny home is located at 9450 Spencer Road, Leroy, WV. To inspect the tiny home, please contact the school at 304-372-7335 and schedule a time for a tour. The minimum bid for the tiny home will be $22,100. The successful bidder will also be responsible for all moving costs for the tiny home. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope marked “TINY HOME BID” to Roane-Jackson Technical Center, 9450 Spencer Road, Leroy, WV 25252, no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 3, 2026. The winning bid is contingent upon the approval of the Roane-Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council. The tiny home may not be removed from school property until payment is received in full via a cashier’s check. Payment must be received within 7 days of Council approval, and the tiny home must be removed within 30 days. Bids will be opened on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the conference room at Roane-Jackson Technical Center, Leroy, WV. The Roane-Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Employees of the Roane-Jackson Technical Center are not eligible to submit bids.
