THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION WILL TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Aaron Kyle Hunt is believed to be a resident of the state of Rockville, Maryland, it is hereby ordered to serve upon Melissa Kahle, Attorney at Law whose address is 1519 North Walker Street, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 20th 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, on May 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., may be taken against you that will terminate your parental rights. This Order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, a newspaper in the publication area of Mercer County. West Virginia as well as published in a newspaper in the Rockville, Maryland area.
