The object of the above entitled action is to entertain the Petition for Divorce filed in this matter on April 1, 2026, and in the aforesaid Petition of Divorce it is stated that Linnea Jennifer Fisher is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia; it is herby Ordered that she appear and serve upon Brian J. Vance, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is Walters, Heishman & Vance, PLLC, P.O. Box 119, Moorefield, WV 26836, and Answer or other response to the Petition for Divorce previously filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the date of this notice.
A hearing in this action is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. before the Family Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia, at the Pendleton County Courthouse, 100 South Main Street, Franklin, WV 26807. A Petition for Divorce has been filed requesting that the marriage of the parties be terminated at this Hearing. Failure of Linnea Jennifer Fisher to respond within thirty (30) days after service of this Notice or to appear a the hearing in this matter will preclude her from responding, or appearing or receiving any further notice of these Divorce proceedings and adverse action may be performed this this Court. An Order granting the relief requested in the aforesaid Petition may be entered at the hearing or at anytime thereafter.
