INVITATION TO BID The Logan County Board of Education, Logan, West Virginia, invites sealed bids for: Leadership Coaching Services Bids will be received by the Logan County Schools Purchasing Department, 250 Holly Avenue, Logan, WV 25601, until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on May 8, 2026, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked: "Bid – Leadership Coaching" Specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Logan County Schools at the address listed above or by contacting Larry Brown, Assistant Treasurer, at [email protected] or (304) 792-2060 Ext. 2047. All questions must be submitted in writing to Camille Evans, Chief Academic Officer, at [email protected] no later than 10:00 a.m. on May 7, 2026. No questions will be answered after this deadline. The Logan County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept any bid that is determined to be in the best interest of the Board. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bidders must comply with applicable West Virginia laws, including WVDE Policy 8200, and must submit required documentation including, but not limited to, a WV-96 Agreement Addendum and W-9 prior to award.
