Skeen Jr., which said deed of trust is of record in the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2744, Page 730, and the Appointment of Successor Trustee, of record in the Clerk of the County Commission, Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 427, Page 705, appointing Rebecca D.
