CABELL COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY Sealed bids will be received by the Cabell County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) for a fencing project at its facility located in the City of Huntington, West Virginia. Project Description: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the installation of fencing, including but not limited to site preparation (removal/disposal of old fence), fence posts, chain-link fencing, gates, and associated hardware, in accordance with the project specifications. Project site is 1537 7th Avenue Huntington WV 25701. Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit: A mandatory job showing will be held on May 14, 2026, at 10:00am, at the project site. All prospective bidders are required to attend. Failure to attend this mandatory site visit will result in disqualification of the bid. Fencing specs will be shared at this meeting. Bid Submission: Bids will be accepted until May 28th at 5:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
