It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that SCOTT CHARLES BAKER, II serve upon PATIENCE NICOLE BAKER, petitioner, whose address is C/O CAROLE JONES, CIRCUIT CLERK, WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JAN 19, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
