The Petitioner, Parker James Edwards, seeks, among other relief, an order rescinding the acknowledgment of paternity executed in your favor with respect to the minor child, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 16-5-10(h)(5), and further seeks an order directing scientific and/or DNA testing to determine the biological father of said minor child.
