PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled civil action is to obtain partition, allotment, sale, and related relief concerning certain real estate situate in Mill Run District, Pendleton County, West Virginia, containing approximately 55.69 acres, more or less, and further identified on the 2025 Land Books of Pendleton County, West Virginia, as Tax Map 33, Parcel 6.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Defendant Leslie D. Fraley is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, or that her present residence, whereabouts, and address for service are unknown and cannot be ascertained after due diligence, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Leslie D. Fraley appear within one month after the date of the first publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect her interests.
If Defendant Leslie D. Fraley fails to appear and defend within said time, judgment by default may be rendered against her at any time thereafter.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia, located at Franklin, West Virginia.
The name and address of Plaintiff’s counsel are G. Isaac Sponaugle, III, at Post Office Box 578, Franklin, West Virginia 26807.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published in The Pendleton Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Pendleton County, West Virginia, as a Class II legal advertisement in compliance with West Virginia Code Section 56-3-24, and that proof of publication be filed with the Court.
