The Ranson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 3, 2026, at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the final plat proposal for Phase 2B for Madison Greens, located off N Fairfax Blvd, accepting the bond, and entering into a development agreement for Phase 2B. This plan includes 20 lots (110-129) and civic space with associated recreation facilities. All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the proposed final plat.
