OBJECT OF SUIT
The object of the above styled civil action is to partition between the owners thereof the following described real property situate, lying and being in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood, and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEING what is known as Lots Nos. Six Hundred Four (604) and Six Hundred Five (605) of Beechwood Addition to the City of Parkersburg, a plat of which Addition is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 1, at page 14, to which said plat reference is heremade and had for a more particular description of said lots.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Larry G. Hull is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that Larry G. Hull serve upon ROBERT S. FLUHARTY, JR., Plaintiffás attorney, whose address is 417 Grand Park Drive, Suite 101, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26105, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before the 11th day of March 2016, If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
