It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that MARY ELIZABETH ANN ADAMS serve upon HARLEY LAFFETTE ADAMS, petitioner, whose address is 3501 ELM STREET, APT 4, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 2, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
