NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE OF REALTY

 

Pursuant to an Order of the Court, the Special Commissioner shall sell the following property at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse on

March 14, 2016 at 11:30 a.m.

 

All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the District of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Power Avenue and Hill Street; thence with the northerly line of Hill Street, S. 85 deg. 30’ W. 225 feet to a point; thence in a northeasterly direction with the easterly line of a proposed street (now called Anne Avenue) 124 feet to a point; thence in an easterly direction parallel with the northerly line of Hill Street, 183 feet to the westerly line of Power Avenue in a southerly direction, 117 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1/2 acre, more or less, and being Lot no. 1 of the ‘Division of 2.15 acre Tract âBã of Hilltop Addition.ã

 

Reported to have a mailing address of 643 Hill Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101.

 

Terms of sale are cash in hand on day of sale or within 30 days upon terms acceptable to the Special Commissioner. The property is conveyed in as in condition with no covenants of warranty, subject to unpaid property taxes. Purchaser shall pay all costs of recording the deed.
