NOTICE
The Warren Local School District, 220 Sweetapple Road, Vincent, Ohio 45784 will accept Sealed Bids for the following items until 12:00 p.m. Thursday March 3, 2016 and opened immediately thereafter. Vehicles may be inspected at the District Bus Garage Complex, at the above address. Modular units may be inspected at Warren Middle School, 70 Warrior Dr. Vincent OH. Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please contact Lisa Spence, Transportation and Operations Coordinator, at (740) 678-2368 extension 131.
It should be noted that odometer readings are approximate and may not be accurate. All items are sold âas isã.Buyer expressly assumes all risk of the use of these vehicles and modular units upon transfer of ownership, and agrees that the Warren Local School District, its employees, and Board of Education are free from any and all liability in connection with Buyer’s future use of the Vehicle. No warranties are made with respect to these items, express or implied, and Buyer agrees to hold the District harmless from any and all claims of warranty or fitness for a particular purpose. Payment by check or money order is due at time of sale. All items must be removed from school property no later than May 1, 2016.
The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
