INVITATION TO BID
The City of Williamstown will be accepting bids to do BLACKTOPPING for 2016. Bid specifications may be picked up at the Williamstown City Building, 100 W. 5th Street, Williamstown, WV, between the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Bids must be turned in by 4:00pm, April 19, 2016. The City of Williamstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No decision on the results of the bids will be made until City Officials have reviewed all bids. All bids will be opened at the Williamstown City Council meeting on April 19, 2016 starting at 7:30pm.
