On or about November 4, 2015, M.R., the above-named child was born to TRUDI SMITH. It appearing that the Father, LEONARD RHYNE /UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the April 25, 2016, at the hour of 1:30 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jeffery B. Reed, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, LEONARD RHYNE/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERNEST DOUGLASS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 914 MARKET STREET, SUITE 300, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court to represent Anthony Price, and can be reached at (304) 485.4595.
