It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that MICHAEL DENNIS DEROSE serve upon TONI DOLLY MARIE WALKER, petitioner, whose address is 1105 E. 12TH STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 1, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
