It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that KAYLA NICHOLE BUCHANAN serve upon JOHN THOMAS BUCHANAN, petitioner, whose address is 2691 NEW ENGLAND RIDGE ROAD, WASHINGTON, WV 26181, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 15, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
