The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for #2016-04 STREET MILLING RESURFACING AND RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M., WEDNESDAY MAY 11, 2016 and at that time all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON WEDNESDAY MAY 4, 2016 AT 10:00 AM ON THE FOURTH FLOOR OF THE CITY BUILDING IN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
Interested bidders may receive bid information and specifications in the Office of the Finance Director.
Vendors shall be registered in. the state of West Virginia.
