The Ritchie County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids for the seasonal trimming and mowing of grounds for 2016-2017. Bids must be submitted on bid sheet provided by the Board of Education Office. Copies will not be accepted. Successful bidder must provide the Board of Education with a copy of general liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.00
Interested bidders should submit their bids to the Board of Education Office at 134 S. Penn Avenue, Harrisville, WV by Friday, May 6, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. The successful bidder must furnish own equipment. Bids will be publicly opened at the Board of Education Office on Friday, May 6, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. Contact David Weekley, Director of Student Support Services, (304) 643-2991 Ext. 223 for bid sheets, additional information and to schedule any site visits.
