On Jan. 21, 2016, the Ohio Board of Nursing indefinitely suspended Ms. Stoneking’s RN license with conditions for reinstatement based on the suspension of her West Virginia RN license, which is a violation of Œ4723.28(B)(1), ORC. On Feb. 8, 2015, the Board mailed the Order by certified mail to Ms. Stoneking’s address of record, 11638 Staunton Turnpike #102, Walker, WV 26180, and to an alternate address, but the mailings were returned marked âUnable to Forwardã and âUnclaimed.ã Ms. Stoneking is advised that her Ohio nursing license, RN-357201, is suspended. Ms. Stoneking may be entitled to an appeal. A Notice of Appeal setting forth the Order appealed from and the grounds for appeal must be filed with the Board and the Franklin Cty. Ct. of Common Pleas within 15 days after the last date of publication of this notice and in accordance with the requirements of Œ119.12, ORC.
