NOTICE OF TRUSTEEáS SALE
By virtue of that certain Deed of Trust executed by PATRICIA LEA SNIDER ALEXANDER PAUL WOLFE, PIERRE ANDRE WOLFE and LINDA SUE SNIDER COPELAND, to Rock S. Wilson, Trustee, to secure JACKSON HOLE PROPERTIES, LLC in the amount of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), being dated the 20th day of November, 2012, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 1743 at Page 684, and default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and upon request of the secured creditor under said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder, on July 6, 2016, at 10:00 A.M., at the front door of the Court House of Wood County in Parkersburg, West Virginia, that certain lot, tract or parcel of real estate situate in Clay District, Wood County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a pine, to a survey of B. W. Creel; thence S. 84 W. 75-1/2 poles; thence S. 43 W. 14 poles to a stone pile; thence N. 45 W. 22 poles to a small Black Oak and stones; thence N. 7 W. 66 poles to a stone pile; thence N. 84 E. 126 poles to a small Hickory and stones; thence S. 9-1/2 W. 77 poles to the place of beginning, containing 50 acres, more or less.

The aforesaid will be sold subject to any unpaid taxes and existing building restrictions, restrictive covenants, exceptions, reservations, easements and servitudes to which said property has been heretofore subjected.
A special warranty deed will be issued to the purchaser.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Said sale may be adjourned from time to time by mere oral proclamation at the time and place of sale.
The proceeds of said sale will be used for the payment of outstanding real estate taxes and balance applied to payment of said Deed of Trust.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of Sale.
