ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to remove MARK E PARKER as Administrator of the Estate of GLADYSS VIRGINIA PARKER, deceased; require him to file a Final Settlement; and require him pay the fees and costs of the Fiduciary Commissioner.
It appearing, by Affidavit filed in this action, that after a diligent search the whereabouts of the Administrator are unknown and his last known address is 846 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, WV 26104.
It is therefore ORDERED that MARK E. PARKER, Administrator of the Estate of GLADYSS VIRGINIA PARKER, deceased, serve the Petitioner, ERNEST M. DOUGLASS, whose address is 914 Market Street, Suite 300, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, response, or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before 11th day of July, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against MARK E. PARKER at anytime thereafter.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
