It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that with due diligence, Affiant has been unsuccessful in determining the addresses of the Petitioner, Aaron Dinnin and Respondent, Brenda Dinnin. It is hereby ordered that Petitioner, Aaron Dinnin and Respondent, Brenda Dinnin, serve upon David C. Dinninás Attorney, Ellen L. Smith, whose address is 515 Market Street, Suite 3000, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Substitute Guardian filed in this action on or before July 28, 2016. If you fail to answer the Petition for Appointment of Substitute Guardian, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. That a Hearing will be held in the above-referenced civil action before Judge Brian C. Dempster, in his chambers located in the Family Court of Wood County, 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, on the 28th day of July, 2016, at 1:00 p.m.
