Notice of Public Sale pursuant to Section 46-9-601 of the West Virginia Commercial Code, First Neighborhood Bank, Spencer, WV will sell the following collateral: 2007 Ford Escape XLT V6 Vin#1FMYU93117KB67865 at public sale to the highest bidder on July 13, 2016, at 10:00am. The sale will be located at First Neighborhood Bank, 4416 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26104. The sale of the above described collateral will be WITHOUT WARRANTY, and the bank reserves the right (1) to bid at the public sale, (2) to reject bids at the public sale, (3) to continue such sale to any other time and place by announcement of such continuance at the time and place set forth herein. The collateral to be sold may be inspected by calling First Neighborhood Bank, North Parkersburg, at (304) 485-7641, for an appointment.
