It is hereby ordered that MICHAEL LYNN FLUHARTY Respondent, serve upon MELANIE ANN LUCAS Petitioner, whose address is 706 HALL STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 1, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
