It is hereby ordered that GERADO LOZANO Respondent, serve upon VICKIE LEE LOZANO Petitioner, whose address is 3303 CAMDEN AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 3, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
