Any proposed Equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than 72 hours prior to the bid opening.
Bids will be received until August 4, 2016, at 2 p.m. local time, when they will be opened publicly August 5th at 10:30 a.m. by the owner at 1400 Pike Street in Marietta.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2016 at 10 a.m. on site.
Digital and Hard copies of the drawings and specifications can be acquired from BDT Architects and Interior Designers from the above mentioned address.
