Notice is hereby given, pursuant to West Virginia Code ç 48-22-602, that on the 29th day of August 2016 at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioners, Noah A. Gainer and Jessica L. Gainer will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241, for the entry of an order by said Court that will declare Petitioner Noah A. Gainer the adoptive father of Tanner Kole Erb and Daishia Leanne Erb. Any person claiming to have parental rights to either of the children named herein may have their parental rights terminated as a result of said proceeding. Any such person may appear within thirty days of the date this publication is first filed to defend their alleged parental rights. If any such person fails to respond within thirty days of the date this publication is first filed that person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained by the undersigned Clerk at his office located at 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241.
