It is hereby ordered that MICKEY JOE SIMMONS Respondent, serve upon JULIA MEGUMI SIMMONS Petitioner, whose address is 1852 CAMERON AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 5, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
