City of Vienna Invitation to Bid SC-17-02
Senior Center Building
Addition
The City of Vienna will be accepting bids for the following project: Senior Center Building Addition. Bid documents will be available starting September 16, 2016 at www.pickeringplanroom.com. Electronic documents are provided at no cost and copies can be ordered for the cost of printing.
Questions regarding the scope of work can be directed to Traci Stotts, Architect, at Pickering Associates. There will be a Prebid meeting at the Vienna Senior Center located at 706 29th Street, Vienna, WV on September 22 at 10:00 am. Bids will be due at 10:00 am on October 5, 2016 at the Vienna City Building, Council Chambers located at 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSealed Bid SC-17-02.ã
Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia and comply with the Davis Bacon Act. If applicable, a City of Vienna business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
