On or about July 16, 2016, E.B., the above-named child was born to BRANDY BARKER. It appearing that the Father, JOSHUA SPROUSE, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the OCTOBER 3, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Jeffery B. Reed, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JOSHUA SPROUSE, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOSHUA SPROUSE with respect of the above-named child, E.B.
