The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $8,100.00 plus court cost & interest from judgment date, for home repairs, job started and left unfinished, to recover monies paid when work wasnát completed.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants without effect. it is ordered that the defendants do serve upon Brenda Marshall, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 11-11-16, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
